All products sold on SenzsiAfrica.com are made to order and produced through Printify’s network of print providers. Production typically requires 2–5 business days, though timelines may vary. -
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are determined by the print provider and customer destination. Estimated delivery ranges from 3–20 business days. SenzsiAfrica.com is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our control. -
Shipping Address Accuracy
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

General Policy
Because all products are custom-made, SenzsiAfrica.com does not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including but not limited to:-
Incorrect size or color ordered

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Minor deviations in print placement within industry tolerance

Quality-Related Claims
A free reprint or refund will be provided in the event of:-
Damaged or defective merchandise

Manufacturing errors

Receipt of an incorrect product

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include photographic evidence clearly showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Goods
Returned merchandise will not be requested or accepted unless explicitly required for claim verification. -
Seller Artwork Responsibility
SenzsiAfrica.com is not responsible for print defects resulting from low-resolution or unsuitable artwork files supplied by the customer (where applicable). -
Claim Submission Process
All issues must be reported to our customer support team at info@senzsiafrica.com. Failure to provide the required information or to report the issue within the specified timeframe may result in claim denial.
