Typically, orders are processed within 2-7 business days, with delivery times ranging from 5-15 business days, depending on your location in Africa. Payment can be made securely through major credit cards and PayPal, processed directly via Printify’s trusted payment system.
For order tracking, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor your package in real time.
Regarding returns and refunds, SenzsiAfrica follows Printify’s policy: since products are custom-made, returns are generally accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect or error in the order. If you experience such an issue, contact us promptly with your order details, and we will work with Printify to resolve it through a replacement or refund as appropriate. This approach ensures quality control while providing reliable customer support.
